Because we are confident in our ability to provide excellence in our programs, whether internally offered or sub-contracted, we offer our member and program member program participants a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a registered participant in any program is not satisfied that a program or class offered by the YMCA did not fulfill the intent of the offering, the Monroe Family YMCA will resolve the situation or refund the participant's money, less any non-refundable fees.
