Financial Assistance
Most people know The Y as a provider of fitness and recreational programs. Yet, beneath every ball that is bounced and every splash of water in out pool is an emphasis on the values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. We strengthen children by laying foundations for self-esteem. We strengthen families by providing balance in otherwise hectic lives. We strengthen individuals by providing paths to health and well-being. We turn no one away from programs because they are unable to pay. Through financial assistance and underwritten programs, The Y reaches out to the people who need our programs perhaps the most.
The Y's Strong Kids Financial Assistance program provides funds for those in need which is made possible through our annual Strong Kids Campaign. Within the limits of available funding, no individual or family will be denied access to a YMCA membership, program or child care services due to a proven inability to pay the full cost of participation.
