Facility Rentals
Rent the YMCA for your special event! Great facility for your church, school, teen group, organization to host an event or use for a fundraising activity.
BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES
Have your child's birthday party in our facility and let us do the work for you! Birthday parties may be scheduled on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The best part is that you get to pick your own theme! Whether it be the inflatable, swimming, gym games, interactive games or sports, we will provide pizza, goodie bags, tableware and a fun, safe environment.
Each party allows up to 15 guests and is 2 hours long, scheduled from either 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday afternoon (each additional guest is $5).
All party options include the following:
- Table/chairs, tablecloth and paper goods
- 3 one-topping pizzas
- 30 juice boxes
- Goodie Bag for each party guest
Inflatable Party · $150
• Bounce off some steam! This party includes party time in the youth lounge and either half of the obstacle course or pirate shiip inflatable.
Swim Party · $150
• Dive in & have fun! This party includes party time in the youth lounge and the swimming pool. Your child and party guests will have fun splashing and swimming in our family pool supervised by a certified YMCA lifeguard.
Gym Party · $150
• This party includes party time in the youth lounge and play time in our gymnasium. Entertain your party guests with age appropriate games and activities. Equipment will be provided.
Interactive Game Room Party · $150
• Take on your friends in bowling, baseball, golf or tennis. The interactive game room has two Wiis and Dance Dance Revolution. This party includes party time in the youth lounge and interactive game room fun.
Sports Party · $150
• This party includes party time in the youth lounge and sports fun in our gymnasium. Your child and his/her guests have a choice of soccer, flag football, basketball, volleyball or gymnastics with instruction from a YMCA Youth Sports instructor. All equipment is included.
OTHER PARTIES
After Hours Party · $390
• 4 hour rental after The Y business hours for up to 150 people. Party includes use of the youth lounge, large gym, small gym and 2 hours of swimming. Great for any occasion. Deposit required.
Sleepover or Lock-in · $650
• Up to 12 hours rental after The Y business hours for up to 300 people. Includes use of the large gym, racquetball court, tennis courts and 3 hours of swimming. The entire YMCA building is open for your event. Deposit required.
OUTDOOR PARTIES
Outdoor Pavilion
The YMCA outdoor pavilion is available for rent for all of your special occasions. A rental agreement and payment in full is required to reserve your date. Pavilion rentals are available on an hourly rate. Picnic tables and a barbecue grill are also available for your use.
GRADUATION PARTY
Congratulations on your graduation! Now, it’s time to PARTY! The YMCA has everything you need to celebrate your achievements with all of your family, friends and classmates.
PACKAGES · STARTING AT $300
Outdoor · Includes the backyard area featuring our pavilion, half of the large gym for activities and use of the pool. Four picnic tables and a barbeque grill are included. Available for up to four hours during The Y’s hours of operation.
Indoor · Includes the small gym, half of the large gym for activities and use of the pool. Available for up to four hours during The Y’s hours of operation.
GRADUATION PARTY EXTRAS
Inflatables · $150 per inflatable · Inflatables are a great addition to any graduation party and fun for all ages. We have an obstacle course or pirate ship available.
Extra hours · $25 per hour· Add extra hours to your party. Available before and/or after hours of operation.
Tables & Chairs · $10 per eight foot table and six chairs · Individual chairs are also available for $1 each.
